Sure. Although I'm not paying violent criminals to attack meI don't have a problem with a few bad apples either. I have a problem with a framework that doesn't automatically and immediately remove the bad apples from within, and seems overall incredibly resistant to idea.
As for name calling, I also have no sympathy. But equally I cannot stand the aggrandizement.
