# I like that movie version.
the licker effects are pretty cool, and it's a sweet cast.
Haven't seen the sequels though.. Paul Anderson has a pretty terrible reputation.
Mortal Kombat and AVP were absolute mince.

The Roger Avary Silent Hill movie was lots of fun, too.

re2 isn't bad and re3 has some good effects, but they don't match up to the first. still worth watching, though.

True, there was a fair bit of studio interference (mainly writing in the male characters), but I thought he did a good job with the back story..
