I always enjoy the sentence :-'How worried should we be?'
Would that be on a scale of 1 to 10, so I can say, 'Oh, yes I'm worried at about 6' or maybe a comparison of the consistency of puddings, 'I'm slightly more worried than custard but not as overly terrified as blancmange'.... I have no idea what I'm talking about.
