CHB is called paul, the man in the photo, thats CHB (paul).CHB made a joke that because both his name and the chap's name in the advert [in who's bathroom, a while would like to poo in], he demonstarted his distate for the advert in such, he would smack the child with a stick if he went to do a poo in CHB [paul]'s toilet.
