yeah

i brought the lully SF tribute artbook, and there were a lot of characters in it i have never seen. Some seem really out of place though. That Q guy for instance.

I'd say Hugo is slightly out of place

Simply because he's based on the Final Fight enemies.

Twelve is probably the worst offender though.
