I was on the 10 meg, and it wasn't THAT bad to be fair, I upgraded to the 20, and it's been crap...customer service is shocking, however.

Customer service in my experience makes something or breaks it, nothing worse than not feeling your money is valuedthanks for that bit of info

you won't get better service anywhere else.I have it on authority that BT's is much, much worse.
