The rules are being changed, it'll be harder to claim things like this in the future.
The thing is, the Telegraph (was it? Can't remember which newspaper 'broke' the story) spent hundreds of thousands of pounds purchasing this 'exclusive' information when it was due to be released in a month's time anyway. Where's the uproar about that?
