I'm supposed to be going to something in Malasiabut I'm slightly worried that a) it's a world music festival and b) it'll turn out to be a full moon party or something like that.
tbh - I think I'm going to try and get to DEAF anyway - even if I only go for one night and end up trudging the streets of Dublin until I can get a flight back in the morning... if it's anything like last year it'd be worth it.

curiously i have a nightmarewherein I am in a plane that is crashing and have to parashute out, only to land in the midst of a never ending full moon party, surrounded by grinning dayglo trustafarians all spacked on acid and stomping dustily away to incredibly monontonous psytrance.

*shudders*it's a mate of mine who lives out there... she's got a good taste in music, but it does extent to some dreadful 'world' stuff and I'm worried that I'm going to have to spend days surrounded by faux new age travellers
