Why only the profit?Don't we want the full amount that we gave them for the homes when they sell them?

I think they're only allowed to claim interest on a mortgagebut - as I understand it - our little friend there made around 45K profit on selling houses that we were covering the interest only mortgage on... hence she profited personally from our money
