well then the idea is you would not post anything.thus discouraging the user from posting again.
this is from a practical point of view (you wouldn't reply to spam saying you don't want any because it's shit as you know it will only encourage them to send you more)
And because not being nasty to posters is the ethos of B3ta. The site was designed to be a happy place without trolls and flames.
I know nowadays there is a lot of both, but that's because the users make it that way.
