tsk!
the 1987 hurricane happened at night when I was safely tucked up in my bed. The other, lesser, one was in 90, I think and happened over lunch time. It was great watching all the teaachers' cars getting smashed up. We were playing out there for about and hour and a half before our parents came to pick us up (we hadn't told them that we'd been sent home as we rightly thought that more fun could be had outside)

I remember that one
The office that i worked in at the time overlooked a carpark with a small shed in it. (ooo I'm showing my age again) We did no work that afternoon just looked out the window waiting for the shed to topple over - which it did!
