Just thought I'd pop inand say that everything everyone else was telling you below about your IP address is correct. You just can't mask your internet visible IP like that without using some kind of external proxy (like tor or others). Mostly cause there'd be no way for the data to get back to you. Your ipblocker must be performing some other kind of function.
