yeah - chicken feet sounds a little not great... although all the very best foods are made from the worst bits of meat... you don't have to try very hard with steak which is why they just warm it a bit and bring it out but rotten goats meat needs to be overpowered with chilli and lime and coconut and all sorts of great things which is how we get curry \o/
