It's fucking annoying. He'd booked ages in agvance and I could have had that bed rebooked by now. Be booked 14 nights and I can only charge him for one.

I've just sent a letter of complaint about the hotel I stayed at. My room was all damp and mouldy :(

Worth have a look online at somewhere like activehotels.com
You get a lot more for your money with independant hotels.
