Grrr! Had a £300 booking that I had to turn away as they were too fucking stupid to read the age restrictions. Do people just throw their credit card details at computers these days? They might as well just walk down the street shouting them!

EDIT: I think I'm developing a seventh sense for this type of thing (my sixth is detecting jelly at forth paces) as I had a feeling this was the case.

# I find that one of those programmable LED name badges works best
Hi, my credit card details are: 4242...

# hahaha
It's fucking annoying. He'd booked ages in agvance and I could have had that bed rebooked by now. Be booked 14 nights and I can only charge him for one.

EDIT: Just called. He hasn't made to three minute walk there yet.:P

Still, should make my bash experience £83 cheaper if they honour their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Worth have a look online at somewhere like activehotels.com
You get a lot more for your money with independant hotels.

This is the first bad one I've been to. Next year I'll see about booking at your fantastic place and staying in London a bit longer.
