# Surely this type of behaviour is a dealbreaker
were there no stipulations in the contract saying you could back out if things went wrong?

# I tried to talk to him about it again but he gets so angry.
He starts to sort of bear his teeth in words with a long E sound in them, like "rEEEEEally?", in this scary kind of grin when he talks. Also I think there is some kind of moss or something growing on his teeth.

# This doesn't sound like an amicable business agreement
what does alan's wife have to say about all this?

# Oh didn't I tell you?
Alan's back with his mum for now. He sleeps in his old room upstairs but he's put some carpet in the attic. That's where we have our business meetings. It says "ALANS ENTERPISES" on a sign on the top rung of the ladder. I almost slipped on it the first time, I was quite shaken up but Alan was very riled about his sign so I didn't make a fuss.
