i need help

does anyone know the cheapest website to buy a domain and web hosting from? for a low traffic website. 123 reg seems to be cheapest but they charge for email addresses. ive tried google but any sentence with 'cheapest' and 'web hosting' in is only realistically gonna come up with adverts.
