F***ing immigration service. Third time I've gone through the f***ing lengthy and tedious online application for an Aussie visa and the third time it's told me the system is unavailable. It gives you a save point, with a code and a password, but each time it's not recognised that, so I have to start the two-hour slog again. Added to that, the next time I'll get a chance to sit down and do it all again, the system will be down for maintainance.
