I haveand if I remember rightly, the legal minimum is 1 week's pay for every year.
I worked at the company for 10 months, my first permanent job in 20 years. I went back to contracting after that.
I got absolutely sod all and those who had worked there for more than a year got the minimum.
People are usually quicker to jump on somebody who is wrong than to confirm somebody is right so if I am wrong, you will find out soon enough :)
