(, Tue 16 Jun 2009, 18:49, archived)
# a rose, I don't know what it is called, it is booze
I can't drink red, as I am allergic to it and my stomach doesn't like white wine
(, Tue 16 Jun 2009, 18:51, archived)
# i'm not keen on red
it's hard to find a decent bottle that doesn't taste like fruity vinegar. i tend to stick to white, but i don't mind the odd ros`e

It is odd, I am fine with rose and it doesn't matters how dry it is

# looks a bit dark
you'll have to tell me if it's vinegary

# It was the first one I ever tried, which was only a month ago
I love it, not too dry

# i had it in my mate's house
a while ago, i nearly finished off the whole bottle!

# I drank a whole bottle of it in one night
Thank god I don't get hangovers

The rose zinfandels are nice

# tried those, too
i get really bad hangovers nowadays, i never used to.

# you can never go wrong with South American Merlot
/red wine tip for beginners.

# Merlot FTW muthafucker!

# i shall take that as a ringing endorsement

# Hells yeah!
However, having read that you like Grenaches and Zinfandels up the board, your tastes may be very different from mine. I can't be dealing with them as they are far too sweet.
(, Tue 16 Jun 2009, 19:29, archived)
# i just don't like anything vinegary
(, Tue 16 Jun 2009, 19:31, archived)
# Are they sweet, they are dryish to me
Saying that, I can squash neat and it doesn't taste sweet and the same with eating sugar straight out of the packet
(, Tue 16 Jun 2009, 19:32, archived)
# You fucking freak! ;)
They are too sweet for me, yeah. Much more partial to a Merlot Rose, or a Shiraz.
