"Which?, in a study of 20 different pre-prepared salads, found that the average contained 412 calories and 20.3 grams of fat – only a touch healthier than a Big Mac, which contains 490 calories and 24 grams of fat."
I would like to think a salad is a bloody sight healthier with all the GENUINE nutritional value instead of empty calories.
