It works both ways thoughI have a creative mp3 player thats only a few years old and gets the piss ripped out of it whenever i bring it to work. (due to its cumbersome size)

Its a 40gig zen touchscarred to bits but its brilliant for taking on holiday and just plugging some speakers in :)
