but I had to be at work by 8.30

I got to my desk around 8.40 with some Frosties (Morrison's own brand) some toast and tea.

I'm even still in my pyjamas and haven't brushed my teeth yet

I normally get up at 7am, watch a DVD until about 7.30 then get ready for work to leave at 8.30. I didn't shave today, that saved me a few minutes.

Plus I have a dentist appointment at 11.30, that put a spanner in the works of my happiness for the day.
