If you fall down, it was too much. That aside,
keep from pushing above 15% (after mix).
Warm drinks are particularly effective. Tea
and Rum, or a mulled wine with fruit juice.
Just don't let the total sugar amount get too
high too quickly. Or brain will pound again.
