Just wait a couple of years before cosmetics companies figure out how to localise colour changes like that. Semi-permanent lipstick, eyeshadow, etc. People would buy it.

It implies that the genetic changes are made only for aesthetic purposes (eye colour, hair, etc). If it's possible to delete/fix defective genes that would cause the child health trouble later in life, why not do it?
I'll have to stop myself here. It's one of the topics I tend to rant about :)
