Coz I hate the fucking Americanism in the ad.

# I saw this last time.
What ad do you mean?
(, Tue 11 Aug 2009, 20:44, archived)
#
this one.
(, Tue 11 Aug 2009, 20:48, archived)
# Ok, I've not seen that one.
So what's the Americanism?
(, Tue 11 Aug 2009, 20:55, archived)
# Bathroom
not toilet.:P
(, Tue 11 Aug 2009, 20:56, archived)
# Haha
I've been here too long, I didn't even notice. Do you really find it that offensive?
(, Tue 11 Aug 2009, 20:59, archived)
# Not the usage
The fact that the English speaking world get all the cast offs from US.
Not as if they couldn't afford to do an English version. I also feel that UK culture and identity is slowly being eroded by big American businesses.

# For some reason
the phrase "UK culture" conjures up a picture of Morris Dancers, and nothing else at all.

# I have a wc in my bathroom.
But I'm not called Paul.

I'm currently MSN-ing with a chap called Paul - should I ask if I can poo in his bathroom?
(, Tue 11 Aug 2009, 21:02, archived)
# First I think you should ask if there's a poo in there already.
He might not need one.
(, Tue 11 Aug 2009, 21:03, archived)
# Good point.

# He says it's all flushed and ready for me,
if I can hold it in until I get to Epping.
(, Tue 11 Aug 2009, 21:05, archived)
# Ooo, there's a Paul in Epping. I'm near Epping and called Paul!
(, Tue 11 Aug 2009, 21:18, archived)
# Crumbs!
Can I do a poo in your bathroom?
(, Tue 11 Aug 2009, 21:20, archived)
# Certainly. I can't guarantee it smells of Glade or whatever badly masking scent I'm supposed to have though.
(, Tue 11 Aug 2009, 21:31, archived)
# Im called paul
Your more then welcome to come around for a poo
(, Tue 11 Aug 2009, 21:16, archived)
# Thank you.
I'll bear it in mind next turtle-time.
