yus - the National Offender Management Systemalthough its strategy for rehabilitation of criminals seems to concentrate mostly on a faintly Orwellian approach involving 're-education' so that their attitudes to offending change - from what I can gather this takes precedence over any practical help they may be given to sort out their affairs while in prison and after release
