I thought we were meant to be mocking MPs. but the campaign thing is very odd, it's a petition to call for a referendum on something, but the content of the referendum hasn't been decided on yet, and will be decided by randomly picked members of the public. Presumably it just has to be anything as long as it's not what we've already got.
