ahhhh I seeYes, this is true - I do rather enjoy the occasional english sausage, but less and less, since they appear these days to taste like condoms stuffed with sawdust and lard.

indeedlast time I was in the uk, I has some Wall's sausages and they were hideous. Thüringer bratwurst have spoiled me against uk sausages, I fear.

Sainsburys do some really good Venison and Red Wine Sausages...otherwise, you'll probably have to find a reputable farmshop.
