It seems to vary quite a lot.I don't normally get ill. I hadn't had a sick day for the past 5 years, since my glandular fever.
Yesterday was horrific though. At one point it felt like a severe asthma attack, I could hardly breathe in or out and sounded like a sealion. Was scared for a while.
