Words can never kill only actions based on wordsso in some respect if you dissect words from actions you can express Freedom of Speech as a Universal commodity - However we all know actions and words are not so easily seperated and Dialectics is often diverted from the pursuit of the truth to the perversion of the truth via propaganda.
