Shenanigans!The Flickr snaps showing the Gravy Train tour were taken in early September..
.. meaning they'd clearly decided on a winner by the end of August, had already created photo opportunities themed around the winning entry, yet completely neglected to mention it to any of the participants/hosts for another seven weeks.
