By that I mean written and recorded by Colin and Jason. 'Cos the rest doesn't really add anything. Not that I dislike it, but the main part of the song for me are the bits you're looking for.

Didn't realise he was in Jellyfish
but that explains the mid-period Beatles sound.

I have nothing against samples
it's the use of samples in an unimaginative way I don't like. And for me the only creative aspect of that song is the choice of samples. I like the musical contrast, but the looped d&b (a genre I love, by the way) seems like it took less time to create than it lasts.
