I did mention that to the poor chap who had the misfortune to speak to meRipped into him, ranted incomprehensibly about the TPS, compensation, demanded he take my name off the list...
I'm too nice to these people.
And according to Google (I did a 1471, looked up the phone number and found out who it was) there's a lot of complaints against them for doing this and pretty much ignoring the TPS.
