If I was working and striking against the Post OfficeI would've dressed up an inflatable toy person (or inflatable sex doll, whatever's to hand :p), stuck a postman's jacket on it and left it outside the office next to a fire with a sign saying 'I'm picketing in spirit' hanging around it's neck.
