It used to be a nice county until my brother moved there.

until they built Kettering. And Corby. And then moved 30,000 unemployed Glaswegians to Corby and then took away their jobs. For a joke! Hahaha!
On the plus side, Corby's one of the only places in England you can go to a supermarket and find the shelves filled with walls of Irn Bru, like supermarkets should be.
Where did your brother move to?

Now he lives somewhere else, but still close to Southfields. Kingsthorpe possibly, or maybe somewhere else.
I went to a cup final last time I was up there, Corby Rangers were playing. It was strange being in the middle of Northampton and being surrounded by so many weegies.

When I'm back in Northants I do half my shopping there since it's only a few miles up the road. It's the only place where you can guarantee you won't get a weird look when you hand over a Clydesdale note.
Kingsthorpe's alright so far as I've ever known. A bit dull but nice enough. Pity it's in Northampton, which is to be totally fair to it, a dump. The only Southfields I know is the girl's school in Kettering that we all fantasised about when we were growing up.
