My brother used to work at PC world, fixing the computers in the back.A woman once brought him a laptop, telling him the cd drawer thing wouldn't open. After testing at a couple of times and finding it working he asked the woman to show him what she was doing. She was pressing the button and holding her finger there, physically stopping the drawer from opening.
Apparently she went apeshit at him, claiming he was laughing at her for being stupid.
