Internet Bingo is predominantly aimed at idiots.Hence the adverts usually aim for a particular rung of the ad ladder, one step above the Go Compare advert and one beneath the rarely seen advert for Vodafone where a naked Bill Oddie covered in pig shit stoves a Gannet's head in with a Nokia 5110.
