Netoxide seem pretty good.Cheap enough and the guy who runs it actually looks at your site and suggests features if it's a bit lacklustre (like mine).

Aye, they're good.I think they're fairly small, so the guy who owns the company also handles the 'oh god, where've all my pages gone?' emails. Very helpful.
