in an office, which overlooked the set for the main entrance of Holby A&E - until they ended a series by crashing an ambulance into the doors.
A sequence which they only shot once, as it destroyed the permanent set.

the storyline was written because the college which owned the building the set was tacked onto the end of wanted to sell it.
The set itself was amusing, there was only enough space behind the double doors to fit a trolley - so you'd see these actors running through the doors with a trolley and trying to stop before it hit the wall, with the occasional "BANG! - shit! Go again"
