so Bill Posters band has members from all of those groups. More of the jazz side of the spectrum instead of the comedy art-rock.
I like all styles! I've been a member of the US Bonzo Dog Fan club for about 25 years now, but they are very dormant.
There is a pretty good international YahooGroups Bonzo list.
