I finally plucked up courage to see it this weekSomeone on here recently said it was a very good kids film and so that was the attitude that Mr Space Bunny and I took along with us.
After all despite our advanced ages we still go to the flicks to see kids films if we like the sound of them so we thought this was a sensible attitude to take.
And we had a thoroughly enjoyable time because of it. Had we gone with the intention of seeing a good adult-oriented SciFi/fantasy romp we would probably have walked out at the predictability of it all. But as that is a standard necessity of a film aimed at children we were expecting it and all was well.
Wish I had plumped for the normal version though. I only have good sight in one eye and much of the movie was blurred though some of the ferns really stood out in 3D. Most of the adverts I actually saw depth all the way through but not the film.
