Firstly it depends if you want you prefer casa (hut, cabin, cottage), or domus (house, home). And if you chose option b) it would be domi veritatis as it's a phrase used in the locative and not the nominative.
It's all a question of how you classify your dwelling. Which I shan't press on too much as I appreciate it's exactly what you do in your day job.
