they walked out on a few shows they were supposed to play with bands that had gay members or who had male members who wore dresses. they were also pretty vocal about it. it led to them getting a lot of flack in the first few years they were around.

that i can't find now. too bad, it went through a lot of bands that refused to play with them. i did dig up an interview with dj where he sort of apologises.
