this is because people (in this case, bosses) are twatsthings like that make me mad, because there's generally no comeback, other than the employee either telling them to shove their job up their arse (risky, bad result for employee) or attempting to drag them through a tribunal (there's enough b3tans who've had this sort of thing who will tell you it ain't easy)
