It's all useless gimmickryI upgraded to 7 on my laptop as it was a free upgrade - it makes IE crash more often than usual and the only cool bit it being able to drag program icons to a quick launch area at the foot of the screen but really that's a gimmick too.

I don't think IE is compatible with Windows 7 because it was written by Microsoft.
