I'm not saying there are no legitimate claims about the medical benefits,
but there is lots of bullshit available about it too, and I've heard some unintentionally hilarious ones, and that's all I was poking fun at :)
Has there been a good systematic review done of studies about cannabinoids treating epilepsy?
