Horrific things. He's a pagurus prideaux and forms a symbiotic relationship
with cloak anemones. There are two in the tank and usually he has one on his shell but the other day he had two which made it a bit heavy so I got to see him change shells. Ick.

I loved that. I initially bought the crab to buy land hermit crabs, exactly the
same as the video, until I found out they are wild-caught as they can't be bred in captivity. Possibly even from that very beach as they don't exist in many places. Instead went the native marine tank route and by using local seawater, animals, etc, they can just come into my tank on little holidays!
