lick lips to create air tight seal,
puncture with tongue piercing on entry,
fill lungs,
exhale through nose,
pop what's left?

usually done with
a balloon that's been pre-pierced near the neck. The only tricky bit is inflation, you need to hold a finger over the hole (but it's dead easy to find it "by feel" as you inflate)

She didn't pierce it at the neck
She fed it in knot first, and the way it balls up in the mouth would mean a hole in the neck wouldn't work. She's gone for the easy option and pierced the other end.
Minus s billion points for using a pump like some kind of wuss. If you can't blow it up with your mouth, gtfo
