I've just thought of a dark and twisted script to a film:
In an alternate future, the revelations about Jimmy Savile never happened, and following his death, he was idolized by British society in memory of all the good deeds he did. Children's playgrounds, housing estates, hospital wards, would all be named after him; so Jimmy Savile Close, The Jimmy Savile Ward, The Jimmy Savile Skate Park, etc with statues along side Gandhi, Churchill, Wellington, and Nelson Mandela. Perhaps even an aircraft carrier would be named after him; HMS Jimmy Savile. And bank notes would have his mugshot. The film would be about a grown up who was once interfiered with by Savile when he went to hospital to have his tonsils out or something, fighting to awake the public to the evil of the man, or something.
